When taking up a contract with EA Group we offer a guaranteed response time. All our work is carried out by one of our directly employed, multi-skilled and fully qualified  engineers, therefore ensuring repairs are completed to our high standards.

Your warranty

All of your equipment comes with one years warranty that entitles you to free of charge repairs unless vandalism or accident damage is involved. Equipment failure that requires a callout will be logged onto our system and an engineer will attend typically within “24 working hours”. However, the option is available to upgrade your warranty to guaranteed response from the outset with an automatic door maintenance contract.

Response times

All of our automatic door maintenance contracts coincide with a response time tailored to suit your individual requirements, which will vary dependent on your security needs. Out of hours contracts come with access to our help desk.

 Our Health and Safety Policy

At EA we advise that routine maintenance visits are undertaken regularly throughout an automatic doors operational life. This will ensure the door is running as intended and doesn’t infringe any health and safety regulations. EA Group would adopt the responsibility of maintaining your equipment, therefore reducing the chances of any costly breakdowns. Without maintenance, as the owner of the equipment you will be liable for any accidents that occur on site.

Our Available Automatic Door Maintenance Contracts

Pre-Contract Maintenance Visit

As part of our health and safety procedures we would insist on a pre-contract visit before commencement of your contract, unless evidence showing a maintenance visit has been carried out within the last 6 months is provided. The visit will include a full maintenance examination that shows the work the engineer has undertaken. Each piece of equipment will be noted and assessed.  It will also include a comprehensive report which will include any recommendations on improvements as well as any work required to rectify any health and safety issues.

Standard Contract

This is an annual contract with scheduled maintenance visits complete with response cover. Suitable for customers with budgetary constraints and a requirement for a quick response.

Fully Comprehensive Contract

This is an all inclusive annually renewing package ensuring you peace of mind with budgeted expenses. It comes with a range of visits and guaranteed response times designed around your site requirements.

Response Only Contract

A limited contract covering reactive callouts only
